Consultations & suitability
- All treatments are for adults aged 18 and over and begin with a consultation.
- Treatments are not suitable for everyone. Suitability is assessed individually, based on the information you provide and your medical history.
- You agree to give accurate, complete information about your health and medical history, and to follow the aftercare advice you’re given.
- Some treatments involve prescription-only medicines, which can only be provided after an appropriate assessment.
- Results vary from person to person and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
Bookings, deposits & cancellations
We ask that you give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. (Our current deposit and cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.)
Pricing & payment
Prices are confirmed at your consultation, once we’ve agreed the right treatment for you. Payment is taken as advised at the time of booking or treatment.

The content on this website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. It should not be relied on as a substitute for a consultation. We may update the site and these terms at any time.
Liability
We take care to provide accurate information and safe, professional treatment. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow advice or disclose relevant information.
