Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

This policy explains how Maldiva Clinic Ltd (“Maldiva Aesthetics”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact us, and your rights under UK data-protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

  • Consultation & treatment information you give us in clinic, including relevant health and medical history needed to assess suitability and deliver treatment safely.
  • Technical data automatically logged by our website host (such as IP address and browser information) to keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers (“processors”) who act on our instructions:

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Microsoft (Outlook) — our email service.
  • Our website host — stores and serves the website.
  • Google Maps — displays an embedded map on our Contact page; it sets Google’s own cookies when that page loads (see Cookies below).

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Treatment and consultation records are retained for as long as required by our professional standards and insurer, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; ask us to correct or erase it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, email maldivaaesthetics@outlook.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk · 0303 123 1113.
